HR Executive We have urgent requirements for the post of HR executives. OUR OBJECTIVE Our 6 months Training is to provide participants a comprehensive understanding and practical insight into the knowledge, skills and techniques required to develop HR Professionals with a special emphasis on Recruitment. This practical programme provides participants with a toolkit of techniques to develop and implement robust, practical approaches in Strategic recruitment. OUR METHODOLOGY The Training design is based on interactive approach, Case Studies, Experiential-insights, Brain Teasers, and application for result oriented outcomes WITH ON JOB TRAINING LEARNING and placement. COURSES OFFERED HR Recruitment - 06 months (including practical exposure) HR Generalist – 06 months (including practical exposure) BENEFITS @ MOUNT TALENT  Extensive trainings in recruitments – IT & Non IT by domain EXPERTS & Industry professionals.  Trainer’s on weekly basis from top MNC’s in India.  On Job Learning + stipend starts from 2nd month (Earn while you Learn).  Nominal Fees.  Handouts & Course-materials.  Stipend from 2nd month.  Training Letter  Work Experience Certificate.  100% placement* PROCEDURE Selection would be done on basis of a short entrance test followed by a personal interview.
