| Global Recruiting Account Manager Global Recruiting Account Manager TackyMinds is a US based Global Sourcing Support provider. We help companies acquire talent for their global operations to include the APAC, EMEA and Americas region. We are not your typical US based staffing firm (we do not have night shift work). The talent we source for goes beyond technology and extends to sales, marketing, operations and management. Recently we have helped our clients find talent in Switzerland, Canada, Australia, UK and Singapore. We are looking for Global Recruiting Account Managers who can manage end to end client accounts which includes managing the relationship and ensuring client expectations are met with deliverables. You will be managing 3/4 sourcers per team who will work with you on that account. Role: Manage the client relationship by making sure client expectations are met. Ensure your team sourcers deliver. Train/develop/lead/mentor team sourcers. Required: Minimum of 3 years in recruiting. Managing teams of 3+ recruiters. Good communication skills. Train: We expect you to know the basic of sourcing and research. We will train you on advanced sourcing techniques. What is more important is the ability to learn, manage staff and deliver. Future: Growing accounts and exceeding client expectations would mean travelling to client sites globally. Further education like a MBA in Global HR.
