5005 Customer Service Representative - Responds to service requests, inquiries
and complaints over the phone or in person. Adjusts complaints and ensures
maximum good will from transactions. Normally requires HS degree and 1 - 2-
years sales/service experience.

5010 Customer Service Manager - Manages the customer service function and
supervises CSR's who are responsible for processing orders, corresponding
with customers, and ensuring fulfillment. Normally requires a degree and 3 - 5
years related experience.

Regional Sales Manager
Plans, organizes, implements sales programs for the region. Plans and is
responsible for achieving sales objectives in the region. Trains, develops, and
mentors inside and/or outside sales representatives or distributors for the
region. Coordinates budgets, forecasts, and reports. Oversees handling or may
handle key accounts. Usually requires a 4 year degree and 3-5 years relevant
experience or equivalent.
