Freelance Mystery Shopper Mystery shopping is a tool used by market research companies to measure quality of retail service or gather specific information about products and services. Mystery Shoppers visit various Retail Stores, Restaurants, Banks, etc. posing as a normal Customer and anonymously review the entire Customer Service Experience on the basis of specific Training Modules and give a detailed report on the observations to be completed on an Online Questionnaire. Mystery Shoppers are paid a nominal fee for their time and efforts and additionally reimbursed for the products that they purchase to complete the Mystery Shop. So, in short, we pay you to Shop!!
