Network Engineer: (Exp. 2 – 3 Yrs) (For Enterprise Support) • Qualification Requirement: BE / Diploma / Any Graduate with CCNA Certification • Support and trouble – shoot of Internet connectivity of client at their location..(This support is exclusively for Corporate and Enterprise Customer). • Provide Support various OS, related to Internet connectivity. • Provide support for making Network diagram for corporate Customer as well as internal team. • Provide support for establish the connectivity at client’s premises either on proxy server / firewall or whichever is available for establish the connectivity or suggest to the client and make them aware of the respective networking device which is required to establish the Internet connectivity. • Connectivity of corporate Customer Premises Equipments (CPE) to Network. • Tracing, diagnosing and correcting faults. • Apply patches & Bug Fixing • Following up with NOC for the connectivity / Network Signal issue.
