Technical Support Executive/ Sr.Technical Support Executive (Voice)

Job Description - A Customer Care Executive will be responsible for answering calls from dishtv subscribers.
- He/She will achieve Customer Satisfaction, Query Resolution and industry standard of communication as will be prescribed.

Desired Profile - Prospective candidate should have a minimum experience* of 6 months with a call center engaged in Customer Service.
- Candidate must be able to speak both English and Hindi fluently without Regional or Mother Tongue Influence.
- He/She must also have an English Typing Speed of minimum 25wpm with 90% accuracy.

- Excellent Knowledge of PC's and Internet
- Experience of working in Tech support process ( DTH background preferred)
- Candidate must be able to speak both English and Hindi fluently without Regional or Mother Tongue Influence.
