Project Manager - Air-Conditioning • Manage various aspects of project during construction like Planning, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning. • Manage team of Engineers, Supervisors & workforce. • Negotiate with Clients, vendors, Consultants and Sub-contractors • Independently responsible for Co-Ordination with Architects, Labor billing, preparing bills, supervision of various types of HVAC work. Desired Candidate Profile B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical) with years of proven experience in Project Management of large scale HVAC Projects. Should also possess good negotiating & interacting skills. Should have exp in Physical and financial progress of work, Co-ordination with internal team members, subcontractors, consultants and vendors. Should be Computer Savvy with an understanding of MS Office package including MS Word, Excel, Projects etc.
